Today was Hwa-ni's first birthday.
and my fam went to celebrate that. i was suppose to watch all the other kids including jungsoo but they were fine without me so i decided to go into Chong Pastor's study room and read some books. there was a picture book called "You are special" by Mac Lucado. Remembering that i've read it before and liked the pictures, i took it out of the bookshelf. Doh. This time, it really spoke to me and i started crying and everything. it didn't really mean much to me the first time i've read it but now it does. INTENSE

had a really good talk with maureen on the first night. tough lives, both of us? but it's not that tough. i won't go into self-pitying myself like Frank in 'The Great Divorce' by C.S. Lewis.

i really wanna have a good long talk.
thing is,i don't really talk to anyone. not because i don't want to, just because i don't. (?!) sometimes i feel like some things are not worthy of talking about, so i don't, but sometimes i do it because of my habit of not talking? sometimes i just let it go even when i really need to say it and napol-napol- it flutters away.

sometimes i'm scared of talking with people who talks a lot. somehow feel like i have to balance that person so i don't talk at all.. and i talk a lot with people who don't speak. (!)

tried to find it in Pratt Library and i found two books of R.S. Thomas' poems.
i don't think "January" is in any of those.
i tried many times to find this poem online, but today i finally found it!
